 Running a successful Outdoor Education provision is  a complicated and complex enterprise which requires knowledge and expertise in a wide range of related sectors, and still throws up a million and one challenges per day.  Sometimes the most efficient, time and cost effective solution is to ask for advice 

You will have recruited well trained and experienced staff, however the training available through NGBs or the experience gained elsewhere does not guarantee that they have the specific skills and knowledge to deliver targeted educational outcomes.

The journey your staff take from Recruitment, through Induction and on to Training, Assessment, Monitoring and Observation is key to ensuring the quality of your staff  in terms of competency and currency of activity delivery and educational outcomes.
